Frivillig revision

I en lagrådsremiss föreslår nu regeringen en frivillig revisionsplikt.

Gränsvärdena för att ha frivillig revision föreslås bli:

• 3 anställda
• 1,5 MSEK i balansomslutning
• 3 MSEK i nettoomsättning

Underskrider ett företag två av de tre nivåerna kan bolaget göra ett aktivt val att välja att inte ha någon revision.

Vidare föreslås nya nivåer för när ett aktiebolag måste upprätta årsredovisning.
